The department arranges tenant searches, accompanied viewings, application processes, photographic inventories and any pre-tenancy cleaning/repairs. . During the tenancy we liaise with utility providers, instruct general maintenance and repairs (with landlord consent).  In addition, we manage any rental arrears and assist with legal proceedings where/if necessary. We undertake regular property inspections and carry out the administration of leases, lease renewals and notice periods to ensure peace of mind that your property is being managed correctly.
Our professional approach provides our clients with fully vetted tenants for the duration of their tenancy. The Lettings and Property Management department’s main objective is to ensure that the landlord’s property is taken care of and the landlord receives the maximum return from their property/investment.
